About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition efforts within the High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) segment. The ideal candidate is a professional with a proven network of affluent clients in the UAE and a deep understanding of how to build lasting, trust-based relationships with sophisticated clientele.

• Identify, engage, and onboard new HNW clients across the UAE.
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, family offices, private bankers, and key wealth circles.
• Represent the brand at high-profile networking events, exhibitions, and private gatherings.
• Develop strategic partnerships with luxury service providers, private banks, and real estate consultants.
• Create tailored proposals and pitches for HNWIs based on their unique needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain a CRM database with accurate lead tracking and client follow-ups.

• Minimum 48 years of experience in business development, private client services, or HNW relationship management.
• Strong, active network of HNWIs in Dubai or wider GCC region.
• Experience in one or more of the following industries:
• Private banking / Wealth management
• Luxury real estate / Hospitality
• Investment advisory / Family offices
• Luxury brands or concierge services
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
