Outdoor Sales Executive Gym & Sports Equipment

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive – Gym & Sports Equipment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling gym and sports equipment to sports clubs, Fitness center, rehab & physio center, schools, hotels, hospitals, and corporate organizations across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
• Promote and sell gym equipment, including cardio machines, strength training equipment, functional fitness solutions, and sports related medical accessories.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare facilities, fitness centers, educational institutions, hospitality groups, and corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up on leads and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the fitness and sports industry.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in gym equipment, sports equipment, fitness solutions, medical equipment, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
