Job Description
We are looking to hire a Recruiter with a strong focus on Emiratization to support a major hospitality talent acquisition drive for one of Dubais flagship hotel projects of our client based in Dubai - which is one of the largest semi government organization in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and is renewable
You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and onboarding Emirati talent across a wide range of hospitality functions, contributing to the groups wider Emiratisation and national workforce development goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for UAE Nationals across hospitality departments (F&B, Front Office, Guest Relations, Admin Support, Concierge, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Emiratisation and L&D teams, to understand hiring targets and deliver against nationalization quotas
- Actively source UAE National candidates via local platforms, job fairs, university partnerships, and community channels
- Build strong pipelines of qualified Emirati talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and partnerships with local entities
- Screen and assess candidates for cultural fit, communication skills, and role alignment
- Maintain accurate trackers and documentation to support reporting and compliance requirements
- Act as an ambassador for the groups Emiratisation efforts and support employer branding among UAE Nationals
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Minimum 12 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, preferably in Emiratization or national talent programs
- Familiar with sourcing strategies and channels to attract Emirati candidates
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of UAE labour laws and Emiratization policies
- Prior recruitment experience in government, semi-government, or hospitality sectors
- Proficiency in Arabic language skills are a strong plus
- Experience in project-based or high-volume hiring campaigns

- Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.
