Job Vacancy: Operations Manager – Food & Beverage

We are currently looking for a highly experienced and organized Operations Manager to join our team in the Food & Beverage industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage sector
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and local business operations
• Proven experience in dealing with suppliers, vendors, and procurement processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to identify the business needs and operational requirements
• Strong ability to set work priorities and manage tasks efficiently
• Daily follow-up with the team performance and branch operations
• Daily monitoring and management of inventory and stock levels
• Ability to prepare a comprehensive weekly report covering the overall business and operational status
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and solve operational issues quickly
• Experience in cost control, stock management, and waste reduction
• Ability to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Monitoring staff schedules, shifts, attendance, and productivity
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all departments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to improve workflow and increase operational efficiency
• Experience in sales performance monitoring and branch performance analysis
• Ability to coordinate between management, staff, and suppliers
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards
