Employment: Full Time
We’re hiring an experienced Vacation Rental Portfolio Manager to manage and grow our portfolio of vacation rentals in Dubai. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong hospitality skills, operational efficiency, and a guest-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the full guest journey—from inquiry to post-stay follow-up.
- Manage daily guest communications via Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, etc.
- Ensure 5-star experiences and maintain Superhost status.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and property readiness.
- Manage property listings, pricing, and performance across OTAs.
- Implement SOPs for operations, inventory, and guest service.
- Ensure DTCM compliance and handle all related documentation.
- Build relationships with homeowners, suppliers, and partners.
- Identify and onboard new properties to grow the portfolio.
Requirements:
Requirements:- 9+ years in hospitality or short-term rentals (preferably in Dubai).
- Strong knowledge of Airbnb and DTCM regulations.
- Proficient in PMS and channel management tools (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway).
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Independent, entrepreneurial, and detail oriented.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
