About the Role

As a Business Set up Advisor, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying opportunities, guiding clients through the process of establishing their businesses, and providing expert advice to ensure a smooth and successful setup.

You will act as a trusted consultant, offering end-to-end guidance on legal, regulatory, and logistical requirements to help clients launch their ventures effectively while contributing to the companys revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client consultations, manage a portfolio of accounts, and recommend the most suitable business setup options based on client needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
  • Achieve sales targets by developing and implementing business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Advise clients on legal and regulatory requirements, including licenses, permits, and compliance with local laws.
  • Assist clients in navigating legal procedures, documentation, and registration for business incorporation.
  • Maintain high conversion rates and deliver on monthly targets.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Provide regular performance reports and market insights to management.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of consultative sales experience.
  • Experience with a Corporate Services Provider in the UAE is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in a service-based, target-driven environment.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills with a history of converting leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid sales planning skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
