With a strong pipeline and an ambitious growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to manage and expand our relationships with real estate brokerage agencies and drive lead generation through external partner networks.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the agency channel. This role will focus on building strong partnerships with local and international real estate brokerages, driving performance through effective relationship management, training, and motivation, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for our projects.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day relationship with real estate brokerage agencies and external sales partners.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new brokerage firms to expand the agency network.
- Conduct regular training sessions and product presentations for agency partners to ensure alignment on offerings, project USPs, and sales strategies.
- Track and monitor agency performance against KPIs and take corrective action to drive results.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the agency partners for all project-related information, support, and communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, CRM, legal, operations) to ensure agencies are well-equipped to promote the projects effectively.
- Organize and support promotional campaigns, broker events, site tours, and launch activities.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on agency performance, lead quality, and conversion rates to the Head of Business Development.
- Analyze market trends and feedback from agencies to refine go-to-market strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, documentation, and ethical sales practices by agency partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or agency/channel management in the real estate sector.
- Strong network of real estate brokerage companies in the UAE and Internationally.
- Proven ability to manage external partners and drive business through third-party sales channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
