Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven business development manager with a strong background in IT staffing and recruitment services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth through strategic lead generation and client engagement.
Key responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT staffing sector through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Meet with decision-makers (virtually or in person) to understand staffing needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close business deals in line with company targets.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the company in industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Existing client network or book of business in the IT staffing space.
- Familiarity with international staffing (e.g., US, UK, or Middle East markets).
