Role - Planning Engineer - 3 Months Contract

Salary - upto 15000 AED

Contract - 3 months only

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain tender plans, pre-construction schedules, and labor/resource histograms.
• Prepare and update project baseline programs (EPS, OBS, WBS, milestones) ensuring contractual compliance.
• Plan and schedule activities across Contracts, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (Fit-out works).
• Monitor resource allocation, cost breakdown structures, and project cash flows to ensure budget control.
• Track work progress, contractor performance, and provide monthly progress reports.
• Update baseline schedules, S-curves, and resource histograms; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support senior planners in assessing scope changes, time extensions, and conducting Time Impact Analysis (TIA).
• Coordinate site visits in Abu Dhabi for progress updates as required.
• Assist with development and implementation of emergency response procedures.
