• Monitor and maintain data quality standards across various data systems
• Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security
• Facilitate data integration projects, collaborating with IT and business teams
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of data assets to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in developing and maintaining documentation for data processes and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in data management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration practices
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, NoSQL)
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards is a plus
• Improved data processing efficiency by 15% using Python.
• Developed and implemented data mining models using Python and scikit-learn, resulting in a 10% increase in customer retention.
• Designed and built interactive dashboards in Tableau, providing real-time insights to stakeholders
