Position: Human Resource Operations and Methods OfficerLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We re looking for a passionate and skilled Human Resource Operations and Methods Officer to join our team!
Key Responsibilities- HR Governance, Policies & Procedures.
- Review, update, and streamline HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal standards, and HR best practices
- Compensation Governance, Salary Frameworks & Career Progression.
- Develop and implement a structured salary range framework aligned with existing job grades and corporate compensation principles
- Develop HR governance principles and supporting documentation to standardize compensation-related decisions
- Expatriate Management.
- Employee Relations & HR Operations.
- Act as a HR focal point for employees and managers.
- Support employee relations matter by providing guidance, policies, and practical HR solutions
- Handle employee inquiries and contribute to the resolution of workplace issues in a fair and professional manner.
- HR Projects & Continuous Improvement.
Requirements
Working Days: 05 days/weekExperience Required: Minimum 05 years in relevant field
