Al Moosa Group, one of the UAE's foremost organizations, which operates across various industries, including architectural consulting, real estate, hotel apartments, hotels, car rentals, auto services, manufacturing, furniture trading, interior design, and commercial laundry.

The company has ambitious growth plans and is seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Car Rental Group) to help drive this growth.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and closing of regular recruitment roles across Car Rental Group by sourcing and creating a talent pool for all defined roles under this category. The objective for this role is to ensure operational efficiency is maximized by providing candidates with optimum efficiency with no rejection rate.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively analyze the automobile and Car Rental market to identify and assess potential candidates who align with our company's values and goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and interviews.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, and make recommendations to management.
  • Manage large volumes of recruitment single handedly and create talent pool.
  • Actively work on recruitment analytics and develop analytics that can give an overall view of recruitment.
  • Look at ATS integration and suitable software integration.
  • Facilitating business needs and requirements through structured recruitment process.
  • Implementing and managing a continuous Internal Jobs / referral program across CRG.
  • Coordinating Onboarding process with business unit team.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and devising strategic plans accordingly.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 3-4yrs proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or headhunting with a focus on Car Rental / Automobile Sector.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship building skills.
  • Strong analytical and structured approach.
  • Good knowledge of Car Rental/Automobile sector and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Result oriented with focus on achieving recruitment targets.
  • Proficiency in process improvement, recruitment software tools.
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal qualities.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in project management.
