Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Overview:
A1 Properties is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team. This role is designed for a professional who has a strong background in recruiting for the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the business's growing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the real estate sector.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles including but not limited to real estate agents, property consultants, leasing agents, and support staff.
- Source candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, industry events, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
Talent Pool Management & Onboarding:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
- Manage candidate databases using recruitment tools.
- Responsible for the onboarding of all new joiners.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on market trends and compensation to influence recruitment strategies.
Employer Branding & Outreach:
- Promote A1 Properties as an employer of choice within the real estate industry.
- Attend recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to enhance the company's visibility in the talent market.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment records and provide regular reports on hiring progress and success metrics.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the real estate sector.
Skills:
- Proven experience in recruiting for real estate roles.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, recruitment software, and real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut).
