We are currently looking for a professional and detail-oriented Insurance Officer to join our Dubai Healthcare City branch.
Key Responsibilities- Handle insurance approvals, claims submissions, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with insurance companies, patients, and internal departments
- Review patient documentation and ensure claim accuracy
- Follow up on rejected or pending claims and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
- Ensure compliance with DHA/DHCC insurance regulations
- Support billing and operational teams when required
- Previous experience in medical insurance within the UAE healthcare sector
- Strong knowledge of insurance approvals and claims processing
- Familiarity with DHA/DHCC systems and regulations
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Experience in healthcare or ophthalmology centers
- Knowledge of insurance coding and claim auditing
