Finance Manager – F&B / FMCG Industry

We are currently recruiting a Finance Manager for a growing distribution business based in Dubai South. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a finance professional with solid experience in the F&B or FMCG sectors, looking to step into a regional role with high visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full cycle of financial and management reporting including budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
- Oversee daily accounting functions, including AP/AR, treasury, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with global standards and internal deadlines.
- Manage and improve internal controls, risk assessments, and compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and fund transfers across business units.
- Support pricing strategies and customer sales pricing processes.
- Handle landed cost calculations and inventory cost accuracy.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Coach and guide finance team members and ensure performance goals are met.
Requirements:
- Qualified finance professional (CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Minimum 7 years of relevant finance experience, ideally within the F&B or FMCG sector.
- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle ERP systems and multinational reporting standards.
- Strong skills in Excel and financial planning/analysis.
- Exposure to US GAAP, IAS, or SAS is a plus.
- Confident communicator with leadership skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to occasionally travel across GCC markets.
