Senior Programme Manager - Finance Transformation

• Work closely with the CFO, VP of Finance, and senior stakeholders to align on strategic objectives
• Act as the bridge between Finance and Data Engineering teams
• Manage Agile/hybrid delivery, governance, risk, and budgets
• Translate finance processes and reporting needs into scalable technical solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams, including finance SMEs, product owners, and engineers

• 8+ years' experience delivering large-scale finance or data transformation programmes
• Strong experience with Agile/hybrid methodologies in enterprise settings
• Proven understanding of financial operations, data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
• Must be available to start within 4 weeks
