About the Role

You'll own the end-to-end program lifecycle, driving efficient delivery while fostering collaboration and alignment across functions.

As a TPM, you will be responsible for defining and executing detailed roadmaps, managing risks, and ensuring that the vision for Generative AI projects is translated into actionable, high-quality outcomes. • Program Leadership: Define, plan, and execute roadmaps for Generative AI projects, aligning them with company-wide strategic objectives. Own the program lifecycle from ideation through delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact for all teams involved (engineering, product, business), ensuring clear and effective communication across functions to keep programs on track and aligned with business goals.
• Technical Facilitation: Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams by translating complex technical concepts (such as large language models, NLP, and deep learning) into actionable, understandable plans for diverse stakeholders.
• Resource Coordination: Optimize the allocation of resources, synchronize priorities, and manage schedules to ensure the efficient execution of project milestones.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks. Lead mitigation efforts to ensure projects stay on course and deliver on time.
• Metrics and Reporting: Establish success metrics, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ethics and Compliance: Champion ethical AI principles, ensuring that all programs adhere to data privacy regulations, internal governance standards, and broader ethical considerations in AI development.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, particularly in AI/ML, software development, or related fields.
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional technical projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and experience applying them in program management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in technology, business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts such as large language models (LLMs), though hands-on technical experience is not required.
• Experience managing AI/ML or software products within enterprise or SaaS environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a focus on program management rather than hands-on technical implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ethical AI practices and relevant regulatory frameworks.
