Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with experience in signage, media, and advertising solutions to lead business development and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry network, proven sales track record, and the ability to manage key client relationships across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in signage and advertising solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and corporate accounts
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for successful delivery
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of sales experience in signage, media, or advertising industry (UAE preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong client network in UAE market
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
