Talent Acquisition Specialist Marine Recruitment

Preferred Qualification: MBA / Graduate in Human Resources or relevant work experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in Marine Recruitment to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding candidates within the maritime or offshore industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for various marine roles including offshore, onshore, technical, and operational positions
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified marine professionals through strategic sourcing, networking, and market mapping
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
• Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes
• Ensure compliance with industry and regional recruitment regulations and standards
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and recruitment reports
• Collaborate with HR and operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marine or offshore recruitment
• Strong understanding of the maritime industry, job roles, certifications, and hiring challenges
• MBA or Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms
