Job Description

Salary: Up to AED 3,000/month

Role Overview:

You will also act as a point of escalation to external vendors and partners when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for 200 users, addressing Level 1 and Level 2 incidents.
• Manage service desk tasks including employee onboarding and system access.
• Escalate unresolved issues to third-party vendors and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain IT infrastructure: servers, network equipment, and end-user devices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues.
• Enforce and maintain IT security protocols and data protection policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation for IT assets, services, and contracts.
• Support end-users with training and IT-related queries.
• Collaborate with IT leadership on policy and procedure development.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, hardware, networking).
• Experience with Fortinet devices is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and its admin console.
• Hands-on experience managing Level 1 and Level 2 issues.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of IT security practices and standards.
• Experience with ITSM tools is preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Azure Administrator are a plus.
