Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Sales Manager based in Dubai. The Property Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing of properties, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and managing client relationships.The role requires close collaboration with other team members to ensure the efficient sale of properties and client satisfaction.
Qualifications- Excellent Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency in Property Management and Property Valuation
- Experience with Sales Strategies, Marketing, and Market Research
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry, preferably within Dubai, is a plus
