Job Description

BettingJobs are working with a Dubai-based iGaming operator who are launching a new brand for the India, Pakistan and Bangladesh markets. The company have roughly 500 employees across their 2 offices and are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to join their team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end financial performance across three key regions, driving revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of local payment solutions, marketing strategies, and customer support aligned with regional needs.
• Build and manage performance-driven affiliate and agent programs to drive user acquisition and market penetration.
• Act as the voice of the market, working closely with product and engineering teams to prioritize local feature development and address market-specific needs.
• Serve as a key regional leader, providing strategic insights and regular updates to executive leadership.

Requirements:

• Proven track record with an international betting, casino, or fantasy sports brand, ideally in a leadership or regional management role.
• Deep understanding of the market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and operational nuances in India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.
• Hands-on experience operating in grey markets, with strong knowledge of local payment ecosystems, affiliate-led acquisition, and regulatory workarounds.
• Skilled in managing fraud/risk, KYC/compliance, and complex withdrawal/payment systems. Experience with crypto and alternative payment methods is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated success in scaling acquisition via affiliate or agent models, including tracking, commission structures, and partner management.
• Experience building support operations and retention strategies tailored to high lifetime value players and regional expectations.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
• Familiar with the culture, languages, and customer habits of India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.
