Job Description
School of Modern Skills is seeking a creative, organized, and energetic Marketing & Activities Coordinator to lead the school's marketing initiatives, branding, and community-focused events. This role plays a key part in promoting the school, enhancing parent and student experience, and supporting admissions growth through engaging campaigns and well-executed activities.
Reporting to the Head of Admissions and Community Relations, the successful candidate will manage marketing projects from concept to delivery, oversee social media and digital presence, and plan and deliver a wide range of school events and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement annual and termly marketing and enrolment plans aligned with the School's strategic objectives and KHDA requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing and enrolment campaigns to support student recruitment and retention.
- Manage the School's digital and social media platforms, ensuring content is appropriate, accurate, and professionally presented.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies and service providers to deliver approved marketing materials and campaigns.
- Maintain and update the School website to ensure information is current, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Plan, organise, and deliver School events and activities, including Open Days and community engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate after-school sports and academic activities, ensuring appropriate scheduling, supervision, and communication.
- Ensure all marketing, events, and activities comply with School policies, safeguarding procedures, health and safety requirements, and KHDA regulations.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, parents, vendors, and relevant external authorities.
- Maintain accurate records, budgets, reports, and documentation to support inspection, audit, and School improvement processes.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing/events roles within UAE schools
- Experience with marketing campaigns
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong communication, creativity, teamwork, and organizational skills
