Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can manage BlueTerra’s digital presence across social media, website, and digital channels. The role focuses on content creation, campaign planning, and performance analysis to generate travel enquiries and build brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Create engaging travel content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and website

Develop posts, reels, and short form travel content

Write captions, destination highlights, and travel storytelling content (Support will be provided)

Social Media Management

Manage BlueTerra’s social media accounts and posting schedule

Plan content calendars and destination focused campaigns

Respond to basic engagement and comments on social platforms

Digital Campaigns

Support digital marketing campaigns for travel promotions

Assist with Meta ads and other online advertising platforms

Work with the team to promote specific destinations, cruises, and experiences

Website and SEO

Support website content updates and blog publishing

Optimize travel pages and destination content for search visibility

Analytics and Reporting

Track performance of social media posts and campaigns

Analyze engagement, reach, and enquiry generation

Provide monthly reports and insights for improvement

Strategy Support

Assist in planning marketing strategies for destinations and travel products

Identify travel trends and content opportunities

Required Experience

2 years experience in digital marketing or social media marketing

Experience managing Instagram and other social media platforms

Basic understanding of SEO, digital campaigns, and analytics

Strong writing and content creation skills
