Job Description
Job Purpose
The role will be responsible for supporting investment initiatives through in-depth financial analysis, market research, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring. This role contributes to the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities that align with organization's strategic vision and UAE regulatory guidelines.
Key Accountabilities- Conduct financial analysis and valuation for potential investment opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in sourcing and assessing new investment ideas by analyzing industrial trends, financial data, and competitor strategies.
- Prepare investment proposals, memos, and documentation for presentation to the stakeholders.
- Conduct market and industry research to assess trends, risks, and opportunities relevant to target investments and strategic objectives.
- Assist in managing the due diligence process covering financial, legal, and operational aspects for potential deals.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, reporting key metrics and providing insights for optimization.
- Support the execution of investment transactions, including drafting documentation, reviewing legal agreements, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to support investment initiatives.
- Participate in the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing data and ensuring alignment with UAE regulations.
- Ensure all investment documentation is maintained in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to strategic partnerships and collaboration initiatives that support long-term investment goals.
Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in investment analysis, with at least 3 years of proven success in financial modelling, corporate finance, private equity, sourcing, execution, or related field is required. Strong experience in due diligence, financial performance assessment, and strategic partnership development along with in-depth knowledge of UAE financial regulations and legal requirements is preferred.
Education
Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is a must. A master's degree in finance, economics, business administration (MBA), or a related field is an advantage.
Preferred Certifications- Professional certification such CFA, CAIA, or equivalent financial certification is preferred.
- Additional certifications in financial modelling or investment analytics are advantageous.
