Data & Systems Business Analyst – 6mths contract New

Support business needs by analyzing requirements, proposing IT solutions, and implementing changes. Provide ongoing support to over 200 users across six Middle Eastern markets. Manage projects using best practices and maintain continuous communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Solutions: Analyze and define business needs, develop and support local/global IS solutions, ensure system documentation and training.
• Project Management: Lead project phases, manage resources, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business units, global IS teams, and external vendors to deliver effective solutions and services.
• Service Management: Handle incident and change management, plan support activities, and recommend service improvements.
• Global Applications: Implement global solutions, align with CLIENT standards, and identify unmet business needs.
• IS Security: Ensure compliance with CLIENT security standards and minimize information risk.

Challenges:

• Supporting users across multiple remote locations.
• Adapting to fast-evolving technologies and integrating new, sometimes unstable, components.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Additional certifications in Business, Project, or Service Management preferred.
• Experience: 1–5 years in systems delivery/support in multinational environments; project management experience is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proven experience in system analysis and automation
• Strong database skills, with a preference for experience in Snowflake and Matillion
