QHSSE Coordinator (Abu Dhabi Permanent Position Civil & Marine Projects)

For a leading international contractor, we are looking for a QHSSE Coordinator to support land and marine operations in the Abu Dhabi region. In this permanent role, youll ensure compliance with local legislation, corporate QHSSE standards and client requirements, both on-site and at office level.

Youre a match if you:

Hold an MBO-level diploma in Safety & Security (or NEBOSH equivalent)

Have at least 5 years of relevant QHSSE experience

Understand QHSSE in civil/marine project environments

Know how to advise, audit, train and engage on safety topics

Communicate fluently in English

Scope of work:

Implement and monitor regional QHSSE systems and procedures

Conduct audits, inspections and trend analyses

Lead QHSSE input from tender to project close-out

Coordinate safety training and local improvement initiatives

Support incident reporting and corrective actions

Ensure legal and client compliance in all QHSSE matters
