Critical Leadership Opportunity Build from the Ground Up

We are hiring a Business Head Operations & Maintenance for a leading Indian industrial group expanding into the UAE.

This is not a plug-and-play role.

There is no existing team, no structure, and no ongoing operations.

You will be responsible for building everything from scratch from strategy to client acquisition to team setup.

About the Role Two Clear Phases:

Phase 1 Establish the Foundation:

• Identify, recruit, and deploy individual technicians/engineers to client sites (e.g. ADNOC, ARAMCO, utility companies)
• Offer Operations & Maintenance services on-site, focused on machinery and plant maintenance
• Build client trust, secure contracts, ensure smooth technical execution
• Set up interim systems for project delivery, reporting, and compliance

• kScale operations across UA
• ELead a growing technical team with full ownership of business development, operations, and profitabilit

• Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company objective

s Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduc

s Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a high-performance cultur

e Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for operational area

s Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectivenes

s Define and monitor key performance indicators to track operational succes

s Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policie

s Collaborate cross-functionally to support company-wide initiative

s Enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient operational deliver

• Bring strong knowledge, experience, and contacts in the sector
• Build on existing & create new client relationships with the intent to identify potentia
