Operations & Sales Executive (Indoor & Outdoor) – Oil & Gas Supplies

Job Description

Experience Required: 24 years in Oil & Gas technical supplies, specifically handling general consumables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit quotations for Oil & Gas technical consumables.
• Follow up with clients on quotes and orders.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of orders, including coordination with suppliers/logistics.
• Generate and issue invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong client communication and ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 24 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas technical supply operations.
• Strong background in working with large Oil & Gas EPC companies or similar clients.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
