FP&A Specialist (Contract) – UAE | Immediate Joiners Preferred We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional for a contract role supporting financial reporting, forecasting, and project performance analysis.

Requirements 5–10 years of relevant FP&A / Finance experience Qualified Accountant (CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent) Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP (GL, AP, AR) Experience with Oracle Projects (preferred) Understanding of service contracts (Material & Labour) Experience in technology or project-based environments Key Responsibilities Manage month-end closing and preparation of management accounts Perform balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules Develop financial forecasts based on project backlog Compare forecast vs FY26 budget and highlight variances Analyze cost overruns and change order requests Collaborate with business teams for financial insights and planning
