We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager with 5-8 years of expertise in Payments or Fintech industries to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of our customer-facing portal product.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for the customer-facing portal product, aligning with the companys goals and objectives in the Payments or Fintech sector.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, data analysis, and business objectives.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- Act as a product evangelist, communicating product vision, strategy, and updates to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Monitor product performance, gather insights through data analytics, and iterate on product features to drive continuous improvement and optimize user experience.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the Payments and Fintech space to maintain product relevance and competitiveness.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven track record of 5-8 years in product management roles within the Payments or Fintech industries, with a focus on building customer-facing portal products.
- Strong understanding of Payment systems and financial services and user experience principles in the Payments sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in user experience principles and methodologies, with a focus on designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for customer-facing portal products is a must
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.
- Results-oriented approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
