Job purpose
Facilitate seamless operations within recruitment for the designated business sector by executing a range of duties such as managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for mid-level roles, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates while maintaining compliance with internal policies and labor laws.Also responsible for advising hiring managers, optimizing recruitment strategies, and enhancing candidate experience.
Key accountabilities
Support and assistance- Support the Specialist, Talent Acquisition in delivering high quality recruitment services for the Service Station or Corporate functions of ADNOC Distribution.
- Assist in the execution of the talent acquisition strategies, policies, and processes in alignment with the business objectives and the Human Capital Division's vision and mission.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring, ensuring compliance with the ADNOC Group standards and regulations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
- Use a mix of sourcing techniques (job boards, LinkedIn, talent pools, employee referrals) to attract top talent.
- Coordinate the preparation of offers and employment contracts in alignment with internal compensation guidelines and budgets.
- Ensure recruitment activities adhere to relevant labor laws, diversity and inclusion principles, and internal policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, vendors, and ADNOC Shared Services Division.
- Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the talent acquisition activities, using relevant metrics and data analysis, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions for talent acquisition, such as employer branding, social media, diversity and inclusion, and talent pipeline development.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to the Officer, Talent Acquisition, and support their professional development and performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience in HR focusing on talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software applications.
