Job Description
One of our clients based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.
The ideal candidate should have: -- At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment or recruitment agency.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in business Administartion
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ERP, sourcing tools, and recruitment software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
- The ability to build relationships and networks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations related to hiring and employment practices. - The ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to enhance hiring processes.
- A strong understanding of the company&aposs culture and values to ensure alignment with candidates.
