Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and coordination
  • Prepare and process sales documents such as offers, contracts, and MOUs Maintain and update client databases, trackers, and CRM entries (Salesforce etc.)
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and follow-up communication Liaise with internal teams (legal, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth transaction flow Coordinate with clients for documentation and ensure timely submissions
  • Handle invoice preparation, payment follow-up, and data entry Manage sales reports and compile performance data for team reviews Ensure accuracy and compliance in all paperwork and sales records
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service
  • Track and follow up on critical sales documentation including SPAs, Down Payments, and PDCs to ensure zero-delay processing.
  • Coordinate with Finance Operations on payment recovery including follow-ups on bounced cheques and partial payments.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Language Preference: Arabic
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar Sales Admin role (real estate mandatory) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Must have experience in handling SPAs & Oqood Registrations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team player with a positive attitude
