Role Summary:
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting the showroom sales team to achieve vehicle sales targets, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations. This role oversees sales performance, coaches team members, manages customer relationships, and ensures compliance with dealership policies and procedures.The Sales Supervisor acts as a key link between management and the sales team, driving revenue growth while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Sales Team- Lead, motivate, and monitor sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
- Ensure showroom sales objectives are met or exceeded.
- Assist sales staff in closing deals and handling complex customer negotiations.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Ensure vehicles are displayed attractively and showroom standards are maintained.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with stock and logistics teams.
- Track sales performance, conversion rates, and market trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Train new sales executives on products, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing coaching.
- Support implementation of promotional campaigns and showroom events.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital platforms, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Ensure all sales transactions, financing, insurance, and registration documentation are completed accurately.
- Adhere to company policies and automotive industry regulations.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 3–7 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role in a car showroom within UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license.
