Position: Padel Supervisor / Head Padel Coach
We are looking for a highly driven and commercially focused Padel leader who can build, manage, and scale the entire Padel operation within our luxury fitness destination.
This role is not limited to coaching.
We need someone who can operate the Padel business, build an academy structure, drive court utilization, develop coaches, and create a strong community around the sport.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete Padel operations at Villa Square
Build and operate the MyPT Padel Academy
Recruit, hire, train, and manage Padel Coaches and support staff
Develop coaching programs for adults, kids, beginners, and advanced players
Drive court occupancy, memberships, coaching packages, tournaments, and academy revenue
Create strategies to maximize court bookings and community engagement
Organize leagues, competitions, events, and social activations
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Club Management teams to grow the Padel business
Ensure luxury-level customer service and operational standards across the facility
Manage scheduling, coach utilization, court allocation, and operational efficiency
Monitor KPIs, revenue targets, academy performance, and customer retention
Build partnerships, corporate engagement opportunities, and local community presence
Utilize MyPT Connect and digital systems for bookings, coach management, member engagement, and reporting
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
Strong experience managing Padel operations, academies, or clubs
Proven experience as a Padel Coach with leadership or supervisory background
Commercial understanding of sports operations and revenue generation
Ability to build and scale a successful academy structure
Experience hiring, training, and managing coaching teams
Strong understanding of customer experience and community building
Ability to drive sales, occupancy, retention, and recurring business
Strong operational, communication, and leadership skills
Tech-savvy mindset with understanding of booking systems, CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and digital engagement tools
Preferred Background
UAE/GCC sports or fitness industry experience
Experience in premium sports clubs, academies, or luxury facilities
International coaching certifications are an advantage
Existing network within the Padel community is highly preferred
