Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor site safety and quality standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site updates.
- Manage material requirements and site logistics.
- Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities.
- UAE driving license is a must.
