Key responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support to project leads across product launches and campaign initiatives.
  • Create and manage campaign codes, perform accurate data entry, and support reporting requirements.
  • Provide support with ad hoc tasks as needed by the Marketing Team Leads.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for campaign improvement.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication inter-departmentally as well as external stakeholders and agencies.
  • Support workflow management using Asana and Jira, ensuring tasks and projects are tracked and delivered on time.
  • Assist in documenting, updating, and improving work processes, guides, and internal documentation.
  • Collate agreements and handle invoicing inquiries from Finance with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and facilitate effective communication across the team.
  • Maintain and update performance reports, including monthly summaries, to provide clear insights for the team and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, marketing coordination, or project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail and excellent time management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana and Jira.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and produce clear, actionable reports.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
