Overall objectives
This role focused on measuring the effectiveness of value stream management and driving a continuous improvement culture to enhance efficiency and value delivery.
This role will be responsible for measuring the flow efficiency and service reliability at the value stream level.
In addition, this role will publish a State of Agile report that measures the adoption of faster value at both the value stream and associated team level, providing advice and recommendations to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Role specific responsibilities- Definition and Evolution of Value Stream Maturity Framework
- Definition and Evolution of Agile Maturity Framework
- Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Establish KPIs to track the performance of Value Streams and Use Visual Management Tools:
.Organize periodic reviews of Value Stream performance and alignment with goals, adjusting plans as necessary.
.Coaching Techniques: Regular One-on-One Meetings: Provide Constructive Feedback. Encourage Continuous Learning:
General functional responsibilities
.Provide Leadership to Agile Team Coaches and Performance Analysts, helping them foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
.Collaborate with CPMO, Business Management, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, and Platform teams.
.Track and report KPIs, focused on developer productivity, service reliability and speed to journey.
Qualifications
Core competencies required (Exp Overall : 15+ Years, Banking 10+ Years)- Agile Delivery, Engineering and Service Reliabiltiy: Proven experience managing large-scale transformations
- 5+ yrs experience with Product Management and Agile Methodologies
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
