Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a passionate Sales Director. The role involves overseeing sales operations, leading and mentoring the sales team, and developing strategies to drive business growth. The Sales Director will focus on expanding market presence, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.The position also requires regular monitoring of sales targets and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction to achieve organizational success.
Qualifications- Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills to drive revenue and manage the sales pipeline effectively
- Proficiency in Business Development and identifying market opportunities to expand client reach
- Proven ability in Team Management to lead, guide, and motivate sales teams toward achieving and exceeding targets
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance long-term client relationships
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in market trends and competitive analysis
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Prior experience in the real estate sector or a sales leadership role within a results-focused environment is highly advantageous
