We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting buyers and sellers, negotiating deals, and providing expert guidance through the entire real estate transaction process in a fast-paced and competitive market.
Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking and prospecting clients in the Dubai real estate market.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties effectively and professionally.
- Conduct market research and stay updated with current market trends and property values in Dubai.
- Prepare and present offers and counter-offers to clients, negotiating terms that meet their needs and maximise satisfaction.
- Coordinate property showings, inspections, and closings to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, contracts, and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other professionals to enhance business growth.
- Prepare accurate and detailed paperwork including contracts, agreements, and reports.
Requirements:
- Must be based in Dubai
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker with strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical business practices.
