We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable individuals for the following roles in real estate, each playing a critical part in guiding clients through property transactions in the dynamic UAE market.Our client is looking for a licensed professional who acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants. Brokers manage real estate transactions, oversee agents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise real estate agents and consultants within the brokerage.
- Facilitate property transactions, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients.
- Develop business opportunities by networking with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and transparent documentation throughout the sales or leasing process.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior agents and staff.
- Keep abreast of market trends, legal updates, and competitive activity.
Requirements:
- Valid real estate broker license in the UAE.
- Extensive knowledge of property laws, market practices, and brokerage management.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in real estate sales or brokerage.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
