We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team at a leading CFD Forex Broker in Dubai. In this role, you will support our global clients by handling trading inquiries, resolving platform issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.If you're passionate about financial markets and customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via email, live chat, and phone.
- Assist clients with account setup, verification, and funding.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support clients using trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to trading accounts and platform functions.
- Guide clients on platform usage and available self-help tools.
- Help improve customer support processes for better efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory updates.
- Work flexible hours to support clients across global time zones.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience: Customer service experience required; experience in Forex/CFD brokerage is an advantage.
- Good understanding of forex trading, financial markets, and industry regulations.
- Familiarity with MT4/MT5 platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive and client-focused attitude.
- Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
