Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer support via email, live chat, and phone.
• Assist clients with account setup, verification, and funding.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support clients using trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to trading accounts and platform functions.
• Guide clients on platform usage and available self-help tools.
• Help improve customer support processes for better efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory updates.
• Work flexible hours to support clients across global time zones.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience: Customer service experience required; experience in Forex/CFD brokerage is an advantage.
• Good understanding of forex trading, financial markets, and industry regulations.
• Familiarity with MT4/MT5 platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive and client-focused attitude.
• Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules.
