Technical Services Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Services Supervisor for our client in Dubai, operating in the healthcare sector.

Requirements:

• An associate degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the healthcare sector; proficiency in at least one technical drawing program (e.g., AutoCAD) or a related certificate of competency.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and coordination abilities; effective time management.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with hospital automation systems, telecommunications equipment, and other technical devices and equipment.

Job Description:

• Plan, implement, supervise, and prepare work plans for the team, and report progress to the unit manager.
• Identify issues in current work processes, communicate them to the unit manager, develop solutions, implement them, and monitor results.
• Determine work schedules for personnel under supervision and monitor overtime.
• Ensure effective onboarding, theoretical and practical orientation, and on-the-job adaptation for new hires and current staff, closely monitoring their integration into the organization.
• Complete tasks within 24 hours for routine duties; for large-scale projects (including material procurement), complete within one week.
• Conduct analyses of department quality indicators and quality studies, communicate findings to the quality unit, monitor and plan corrective and preventive actions for the department, and encourage the team.
