Role Overview

The role involves reporting to the Site Engineer, supervising subcontractors and vendors, preparing BOQs, raising Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and ensuring smooth coordination across all stakeholders.

• Supervise day-to-day fit-out activities at the project site.
• Report project progress and issues directly to the Site Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with approved design drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Manage and strictly follow up with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of works.
• Oversee civil works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, and finishes.
• Supervise metal, glass, and joinery works, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Monitor and coordinate MEP services (plumbing, firefighting, electrical, lighting, HVAC).
• Assist in the preparation and verification of BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Prepare and submit Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in coordination with the procurement team.
• Conduct quality inspections, verify completed works, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Track project timelines and budgets, and report variances to the Site Engineer.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Promote the use of sustainable materials and eco-friendly practices in line with company values.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising fit-out projects, particularly in retail, office, hospitality, and F&B sectors.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, joinery, metal, glass, and MEP systems.
• Proven experience in BOQ preparation, PR handling, and procurement follow-up.
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Technical expertise to provide site guidance and conduct detailed inspections.
• Knowledge of sustainable materials and eco-friendly practices.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Prior UAE experience in fit-out and interiors projects is highly desirable.
