Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Supervisor, located in Ras al khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The HVAC Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, including supervising the HVAC team, troubleshooting issues, vrf systems installation expertise is mandatory, and ensuring excellent customer service.The Supervisor will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
Qualifications- Supervisory skills and experience in team management
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and techniques
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in VRF/VRV units needed
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Relevant certifications in HVAC and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
