The Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Furniture Project Lead / Workplace Solution Specialist to manage workplace furniture projects and develop tailored solutions for commercial clients. The ideal candidate can understand client requirements, translate workplace needs into practical furniture solutions, and coordinate projects from initial consultation through delivery and completion.

• Lead commercial furniture and workplace solution projects from concept through completion.
• Understand client requirements, workplace objectives, space utilization, budgets, and project timelines.
• Develop suitable furniture concepts, product selections, layouts, and solution proposals.
• Coordinate with designers, manufacturers, suppliers, installers, contractors, and client representatives.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, product specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
• Review floor plans, space plans, furniture layouts, specifications, and technical information.
• Recommend products based on functionality, aesthetics, ergonomics, quality, and budget.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, procurement requirements, and installation coordination.
• Monitor orders, production schedules, deliveries, and installation progress.
• Identify and resolve project issues, changes, delays, and client requirements promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, architects, designers, contractors, and workplace consultants.
• Support business development through client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
• Monitor project costs, margins, variations, and commercial performance.
• Maintain accurate project, supplier, product, and client records.
• Track project quality and ensure delivered solutions meet agreed specifications.
• Research workplace trends, commercial furniture innovations, and emerging office-design requirements.
• Prepare project updates, client reports, and recommendations for process and solution improvements.

• 3+ years of professional experience in commercial furniture, workplace solutions, interior products, project management, or a related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial furniture, workplace planning, office environments, and client solution development.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, manufacturers, designers, installers, and commercial clients.
• Ability to interpret floor plans, furniture layouts, specifications, and product documentation.
• Strong project-management, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of pricing, margins, budgets, and project profitability.
• Strong communication and relationship-management capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, design, quoting, and project-management tools.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively within a fully remote environment.
• Professional certifications are not required unless specifically relevant to the role.
