Job Title - Brand Manager - Baby Care, Hair Care, Oral Care
Job Summary - To support the Global Category Lead in driving the growth agenda on Baby Care, Hair Care, Oral Care by building a strong innovation pipeline, ensuring on-time global deployment of innovation projects, and enabling consumer insights and data-led decision making.This role will work closely with Global and Regional Cross-Functional teams by translating consumer and category insights into scalable, impactful Innovations.
Reporting to - Global Category Lead - Baby Care, Hair Care, Oral Care
Location - DIFC, Dubai
Responsibilities
Innovation Pipeline & Project Briefs- Support conceptualization and execution of global innovation pipeline on Baby Care, Hair Care & Oral Care.
- Work closely with Regional Marketing and Global CMI for Competition intelligence gathering, Innovation opportunity sizing, and early-stage concept screening and development.
- Support in translating winning concepts into high-quality project briefs covering:
- Product 4P and Incremental Innovation Revenue
- Consumer insights and unmet needs
- Compelling Reason to Believe (RTBs) and claims
Prepare compelling Innovation decks to engage, align and excite Regional Marketing teams and key internal stakeholders to scale-up and deliver on Innovation Revenue targets.
Project Management - Ongoing Development Projects- Drive day-to-day Marketing deliverables for on-going Baby Care, Hair Care and Oral Care projects in close collaboration with Project Management, Global Design, Global CMI, Global R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, Finance and Regional Marketing teams.
- Facilitate coordination, follow-ups, and project tracking by working closely with the Project Management team to ensure timely deployment of projects.
- Own key marketing inputs including:
- Product & Packaging brief closure
- Prototype testing and finalization
- Liaising with Design team for Design delivery and Artwork closure
- Act as a key touch point between functions to drive clarity, momentum and alignment throughout the Innovation development lifecycle.
- Support global and hub-level market analysis for baby care, hair care and oral care categories.
- Conduct data collection, synthesis, and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Support market segmentation and prioritization exercises across regions.
- Translate data into actionable insights to inform innovation and portfolio decisions.
- Graduate Degree in Business/ Marketing (mandatory). 5 to 6 years of work experience in FMCG Marketing with Multinational organizations. Experience of working in multiple countries and in Hair, Baby or Oral Care categories will be a plus
- Strong experience/ interest/ engagement in FMCG categories (digitally connected, aware of FMCG trends, creative, comfortable with AI tools).
- Should have ideally worked on an Innovation role. Marketing projects management, especially on product development exposure and interface with R&D and multifunctional teams will be critical to succeed in this role
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, and create clear, compelling decks and briefs
