Senior Brand Manager
Job Description
Senior Brand Manager | Onboarding September 2026 (Re-location to Lebanon from the UAE)
Starco Holding is hiring a Senior Brand Manager to lead the Lebanon market for a globally recognized fashion brand within our portfolio. The brand is one of the most established names in its category internationally, with a significant footprint across multiple markets and a strong trajectory of continued growth.
This role is based in Beirut, Lebanon, with onboarding scheduled for September 2026. We are open to candidates currently based outside Lebanon and willing to relocate.
The mandate
The Senior Brand Manager will own the full P&L for the Lebanon operation across retail, e-commerce, and pop-up / shop-in-shop activations. The role inherits a mature team and an established business; the priority is optimization, commercial sharpening, and scaling the next phase of growth.
This is a commercial leadership role. The successful candidate will be a disciplined operator with deep retail math fluency, direct ownership of the buy, and the ability to translate a global brand framework into a market that rewards taste, precision, and proximity to the customer.
Core responsibilities- Full P&L ownership — revenue, gross margin, OPEX, and EBITDA
- Direct ownership of buying and OTB planning across all channels
- Assortment strategy, pricing architecture, and markdown management
- Channel strategy across retail, e-commerce, and pop-up / SIS formats
- Co-ownership of the marketing calendar alongside a dedicated marketing lead
- Leadership of a mature multi-functional team, including a VM lead and store leadership
- Direct interface with the brand's global headquarters on planning, performance, and brand standards
- Minimum 5 years of brand management or commercial leadership experience in fashion/apparel; candidates at the 5-year mark must demonstrate exceptional pedigree. Candidates with 7–12 years from tier-one international fashion houses — including high-volume luxury and contemporary — are equally encouraged to apply
- Full retail math fluency is non-negotiable: ST%, WOC, OTB, GMROI, IMU, markdown cadence, and margin engineering
- Demonstrated ability to build an OTB plan from scratch and manage it through the season
- Strong proficiency in Excel and at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Track record managing omnichannel commercial operations across retail, e-commerce, and experiential formats
- Experience working alongside or within global brand HQ structures, with the judgment to balance brand integrity with local commercial reality
- Market launch or 0-to-1 experience is a strong plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
