- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of international transportation services, specifically in building and scaling operations from scratch in a company specializing in ROAD, SEA, AIR, or Multimodal transport.
- We are seeking a self-starter who can establish our Dubai office independently, secure initial clients to generate USD 10,000 - 20,000 in revenue immediately (not after prolonged development), and handle client contracting and transportation execution with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Support from our other offices will be available, but you must demonstrate proven ability to bootstrap and drive early-stage growth without relying on established corporate structures. Applicants from large companies accustomed to managerial roles without hands-on startup experience, or those lacking a clear plan for rapid business development, need not apply.

About the Role
We are searching for a skilled Business Development Manager to lead the establishment of our Dubai office at Marvapex FZCO. If you are a proactive, entrepreneurial professional with a track record of building businesses from the ground up and delivering quick results in international logistics, this is your opportunity to drive real impact.
Key Overview
In this role, you will launch and grow our Dubai operations from scratch. This includes attracting and securing initial clients for immediate revenue, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring seamless operational execution in international transport and multimodal logistics.You'll operate with entrepreneurial autonomy, backed by support from our global network.
Core Responsibilities- Establish the Dubai office independently, including developing a clear strategy to attract and secure the first clients for immediate revenue generation (targeting 10-20k USD in the short term).
- Proactively search for and secure customers for international transport services using ROAD, SEA, AIR, and Multimodal methods, with a focus on rapid onboarding and execution.
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to build the client base from zero.
- Participate in and manage tenders for potential clients.
- Prepare and submit tailored commercial offers to clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring seamless transition to transportation execution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the company's CRM.
- Achieve KPI performance based on gross profit targets, starting with immediate revenue milestones.
- Meet or exceed annual sales plans, achieving a minimum of three times the company's labor cost for this position.
- Proven entrepreneurial experience in sales of international transportation services for a minimum of 3 years, with demonstrated success in starting and scaling operations from scratch in a similar company.
- In-depth knowledge of how to attract initial clients, generate quick revenue (e.g., 10-20k USD promptly), contract clients, and execute transportation logistics independently.
- Excellent understanding of international transportation services, including ROAD, SEA, AIR, and multimodal logistics.
- Existing client database or network in the region is a strong advantage.
- English language proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
- Full-time employment with a standard 5/7 work schedule.
